1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Rotaract Club Invoice Calculator ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

The Rotaract Club Invoice Calculator is an interactive web-based tool designed to help Rotaract clubs estimate their Rotary International (RI) dues calculations. The Service is provided by Rotaract South Asia MDIO (RSAMDIO) and developed by ZeoSpec.

3. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials (information or software) on the Rotaract Club Invoice Calculator for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• modify or copy the materials
• use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial)
• attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the Service
• remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

The calculations provided by this Service are estimates only and should not be considered as official or binding figures for Rotary International dues.

The materials on the Rotaract Club Invoice Calculator are provided on an 'as is' basis. RSAMDIO makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

5. Limitations

In no event shall RSAMDIO or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the Rotaract Club Invoice Calculator, even if RSAMDIO or a RSAMDIO authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

The materials appearing on the Rotaract Club Invoice Calculator could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. RSAMDIO does not warrant that any of the materials on the Service are accurate, complete, or current. RSAMDIO may make changes to the materials contained on the Service at any time without notice.

• Member data you input is stored locally in your browser and optionally in the cloud if you choose to sign in
• You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of any data you input
• You should not input sensitive personal information beyond what is necessary for dues calculation
• Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy

If you choose to create an account to save your data:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts at our discretion

10. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service:

• In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate RSAMDIO, a RSAMDIO team member, or any other person
• To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service

11. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of RSAMDIO and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

The Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and RSAMDIO regarding the use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements between you and RSAMDIO relating to your use of the Service.
