What is the Rotaract Club Invoice Calculator?
It is a free planning tool by Rotaract South Asia MDIO (RSAMDIO) that estimates a Rotaract club’s January RI invoice from your member roster, tax settings, and local currency rate.

How much are Community-Based vs University-Based dues on this estimate?
Community-Based clubs: $8 USD per member per year. University-Based clubs: $5 USD per member per year.
Tax percentage and USD-to-local rate are configurable in Invoice Summary.
Why does a mid-year join in the invoice year show $0?
This estimate bills members active on 1 January of the selected invoice year. A join after that date shows $0 on this invoice; prorated catch-up appears on the next January invoice.
What does “Jan 1 membership snapshot” mean?
Official Club Invoices are based on membership as of 1 January. Clubs should keep My Rotary membership current by 31 December. This calculator mirrors that snapshot for planning.

Is this the official Rotary invoice?
No. Figures here are indicative planning estimates only. Always verify membership and amounts with My Rotary and official Rotary International sources before payment.
How do I import a roster (CSV / Google Sheets)?
On the calculator, open Bulk Upload Roster. Upload CSV or Excel, or paste a Google Sheets URL shared as “Anyone with the link can view.” Preview rows, then click Add to Roster.
