How RI Dues Work on This Estimate

The January 1 snapshot model used by the Rotaract Club Invoice Calculator (RSAMDIO)

Rotary International Club Invoices are based on membership as of 1 January. This calculator produces a planning estimate that follows that snapshot for club treasurers — it is not the official invoice.

“Your Club Invoice is based on your membership count as of 1 January.” Keep My Rotary membership updated by 31 December. — Adapted from Rotary’s guidance; official Club Invoice FAQ

Active on 1 January (joined before prior year, or Jan 1 of invoice year) Full-year Annual Dues
Joined mid-year in the prior calendar year Full-year Annual Dues + Pro Rata Dues for unbilled months in the prior year
Joined after 1 January of the invoice year $0 on this invoice; Pro Rata Dues start next January
Left before 1 January of the invoice year $0 or Pro Rata Dues only, depending on join year
Leave on or after 1 January of the invoice year No reduction on that January invoice (snapshot already taken)

Tax and local currency

The calculator applies your configured tax percentage separately to Annual Dues and Pro Rata Dues (USD) amounts, then converts using your USD-to-local rate for local totals. Adjust these in Invoice Summary on the calculator.
